HAPPY BIRTHDAY KIM!!!! :)

Kim...........
God grant you many years, God grant you many years, God grant you many, many, many years!!!

In the above picture, take note that Matthew has a lovely penguin quality as he only had 2 fingers (he has since grown 3 more). You will notice in this next picture (Expo '86), Kim has a rather glam look while Matthew is going for the good 'ol Jughead look.....eyes closed and all! ;)

We Love you lots and lots Kim,

Your bro and sis,
Matthew and Krista

The hat is especially snazzy! As my mom would say, "What a fashion plate"

oh I'm laughing so hard right now! We were fashion plates indeed! Matching haircuts and all! and matthew with the lovely penguin quality. Thanks Krista! :), Thanks Gabe, Stacy Kim too!

I had such a fun time in Victoria this weekend. I actually woke up today feeling years younger. The Project Mexico Fundraiser was a huge sucess, raising $1800! There was a beautiful Ethiopian Choir with the children dressed up with these crown like satin pieces. Mira's mom cooked for days. Ah we also got to hang out with Matthew Davidson a bit, and listen to him play some music. Josina and Simeon came with and then we met up with Sarah Beley.

My favorite bit was that the birthdy daffodils that Mira gave me on Friday night came with us whenever we went for the entire weekend, to the various venues, on the ferry... I mistakenly left them in my car last night, and so when I brought them in to put them in some water this morning at work, I was expecting them to be a little wilty.

They're NOT wilty.

A few oldies this morning asked me if they were real?- they are so pretty!

Sarah is pretty sure that Mira is a saint. ;) We're keeping track of the miracles! :)

Oh my Expo 86! Do you guys remember the Tacky Tourists we waved to, on the whole drive out in your mom's station wagon?-
For the record, Kim was always such a fashionable girl.

Wow, those dafodils sound gorgeous...what a great story that they didn't wilt, thanks for sharing that, Kim :) I'm glad that the weekend was fun and that the international evening turned out very well....

God bless you all!

Oh yeah, pictures are great eh? We still had some that were scanned for the slideshow at our wedding :)
